舞台「わたしを離さないで」 感想 ― 2014/05/10 13:00
@さいたま芸術劇場 1階C列センター
2回の休憩込みの4時間の長丁場でした。でも、終始緊張感のある舞台で、眠気なんか全く訪れなかった。それくらい良かった。
多部ちゃん、とっても素晴らしかったです。発声のバリエーションが増えると、もっといい役者さんになりそう。
戯曲は、青年期特有の残酷さ、隔離された者の無自覚と保護するものの葛藤、隔離を容認する社会。登場人物の名は日本だったけれど、クローン人間を臓器提供者として育てるというSFちっくなものだった。と
原作カズオ・イシグロ、戯曲が倉持さん。彼らしい言葉の選択を楽しむほど、彼の戯曲に触れていないため、そこは楽しむ要因にはならなかった。
演出は、冒頭と終わりのラジコンヘリや、波濤に本当の水を使うところ、岬でごみ袋を舞わせるところ、随所に蜷川さんらしさが感じられた。
