舞台「ネジと紙幣」 感想 ― 2011/11/13 21:05
倉持裕演出、初見でした。
歌舞伎「女殺油地獄」をベースに、現代に書き換えた台本。ベースがベースなだけに、この台本もシリアスで悲惨なだけのお話･･･だと思っていたんですが･･･。見事に裏切られました（笑）。
もともと、江戸時代に現実にあった話を近松さんが歌舞伎にしたんですよね。当時は、あまりの救いのなさに観客に受け入れられなかったらしいですね。
会話の多くは、相手の話を遮って進む。妙なリズムがあって、引き込まれました。殺害シーンに向かって、色々な要素が積みあがっていく。近い間柄の人間独特の、意思の疎通がうまく出来ない感じがすごく良く出ていました。
全編緊張感が続くが、随所に笑いが･･･。すっごく楽しめました、個人差はあると思うけど。
